The Setacci with its two double bedrooms with independent bathrooms is the suite of the property. Welcomed by a collection of sieves that give the room its name, evoking the sounds and songs of the harvesters at work. A large central masonry cube contains an intimate double bedroom inside. At the top of the cube, an original retractable kitchen with modern technology. Surrounding the cube, an industrial iron staircase allows access to a second double bedroom shielded by a large 18th-century door from the noble residences of the palace. From the six meters of the tufa vaults, light enters through two dormer windows created during the renovation. Hanging from the six meters of the vault is a papier-mâché angel, guardian of the structure created in Berlin by the South American set designer Luki Luka.
